24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a massage appointment or fiteness class attendance. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment or class you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee is 50% of your appointment or attendance cost and will be charged to your credit card.
Appointments and Scheduling
Massage services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times and therapist, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.
*All appointments must be reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.
We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 require a parent or adult guardian to sign a waiver/or accompany the child for services. Online bookings cannot be made by or for any person under 18 years of age. Please contact the office for further information.
Full payment is due at time of service no exception. We accept cash, checks & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. When booking online you will be required to use a credit card.
Your First Visit/Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to fill out our brief health intake form & enjoy our space for the first time without feeling rushed.
Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.
